Recent changes in the regulation of financial transactions and settlements. Instruments to secure the fulfillment of obligations

During the brunch, we will discuss recent changes to the Civil Code regarding financial transactions and settlements, in particular

-         changes in loan and credit regulations

-         new trends in non-cash payments, bank deposits and accounts

-         innovations in factoring, escrow

-         some issues connected to the use of security deposits

In addition, we will discuss the application of rules on the assignment of claims and certain types of security collaterals, including the pledge of rights to a bank account.
